Made from Pinot Noir grapes, this sparkling wine is the result of
a careful vinification process that begins with gentle pressing of the
whole bunches and a controlled fermentation in stainless steel to
preserve its freshness and finesse. After a second
fermentation in the bottle, the wine ages for 48 months on the lees,
developing a unique complexity and a delicate
effervescence. The result is an elegant Classic Method, with
subtle notes of white fruit, yeast, and a pleasant minerality.
