The perfect balance between tradition and convenience.
It is the most common format of ’nduja. Compact in size (around 400g) and with a shorter curing time. ’Nduja is a spreadable, spicy cured meat made from pork (fatback, jowl, pancetta), red chili pepper, and salt. After stuffing, it is naturally smoked and left to cure slowly for 60 to 90 days inside a natural pork casing.
Each stage of the production process is carried out strictly by hand, in accordance with tradition.
