Action Biova is the 'performance beer' born from the collaboration between startups Biova and La Orange with Riso Gallo, one of Italy's leading rice producers. Action Biova uses the surplus of red rice processing to combat food waste, reduce CO2 emissions and stimulate the circular economy. It is a light beer suitable for sport and active life because it is low in alcohol and gluten-free, with an amber colour given by the red rice from which it is made.
