“Fior di sale” Conti Vecchi - 100g glass jar -The “Fior di Sale” sea salt is formed on the water surface of the salt pans in particular climatic conditions. Also known as "The Caviar of Salt", it is a slightly wet and crunchy unrefined salt, characterized by an intense flavor, particularly sought after for gourmet cuisine.
“Fior di sale Conti Vecchi” is harvested by hand by the master salt workers in our salt pans in Sardinia, active since 1931. It is produced in a limited period of the year, in limited quantities, following the rhythm of nature. It contains no additives.
