The Panettone Nucleus is the ideal companion to facilitate Panettone production.
The Panettone Nucleus was born from the study and experience of the Cerealia R&D team, together with the realisation of the Panettone Milano flour. It is in fact from the Panettone Milano Flour that we obtaine the mother yeast. This, once dehydrated, is the basic ingredient of our nucleus. The use of the Cerealia Panettone Nucleus, together with the Panettone Milano flour, represents the perfect basis for the production of a tasty and fragrant Panettone.
