This citrus-infused oil is obtained from the simultaneous pressing of “Peranzana” olives and fresh bergamots, resulting in a product with an intense bergamot aroma.

Aroma:
Fresh, distinctly fruity with clear notes of bergamot.

Taste:
Delicate, with a non-astringent flavor. Very light hints of bitterness and spiciness.

Culinary Uses:
Ideal for drizzling over fish or meat dishes, as well as tartares and carpaccios. Excellent paired with fresh cheeses. Perfect in pastry-making, especially for cakes and creams.
