A new format has joined the Monograno Felicetti catalogue: 'paccheri rigati'
meaning grooved paccheri. A new version that takes its inspiration from the
classic Neapolitan shape and retains its distinctive characteristics. Measuring 25
mm in diameter and 35 mm in length, this new variety of grooved pasta holds
the sauce better, also thanks to the excellent quality of our unrivalled semolina.
Its firmness during cooking remains the same: reliability at your fork tip.
