Durum wheat semolina pasta with bergamot juice. The origins of bergamot are uncertain, it is said that the plant was imported by Christopher Columbus from the Canary Islands, arriving in Reggio Calabria from the Spanish city of Berga hence its name. First plantation of bergamot was the work, in 1750, of the owner Nicola Parisi along the coast of the Giunchi.Its essence is harmonious and pleasant, the fruit is used as an antidepressant and antioxidant. Cooking time: 13-15 minutes.
