There is always butter, eggs and flour for the dough and the icing is always almonds, hazelnuts and sugar. The only difference is the absence of candied fruit, since not everyone likes them and we want
all our customers to be fully satisfied. As for all panettone, we use only sourdough and raw materials of the highest quality for a product that is 100% handmade.
