“Passita” is the typical Romagna sausage, with a sweet and delicate taste. It's produced with the best lean meat of pigs born and raised in Italy, from the Clai chain. It is subjected to a short and delicate seasoning. A unique salami, ideal for any type of consumption and sale. It is gluten-free, milk and derivatives free. With the addition of iodized salt which preserves important body functions. Typically loose in the shape of a "horse" of 500g, it is now also available sliced (90g). (CLAI quality and slicing method: at a temperature above zero with slices arranged on the trays by hand)
