Passo Indietro Bianco is made from Vermentino and Viognier grapes
grown in the Vigna del Giunco ​​at 70 meters above sea level,
where the sandy loam soil resting on marine rock
gives the wine freshness and minerality. The manual harvest and
immediate processing of the whole pressed grapes enhance
its aromas and structure. The omission of malolactic
fermentation naturally preserves its vivacity.
Aged for 6 months in stainless steel and 2 months in the bottle, it presents an
elegant bouquet, combining white-fleshed fruit and light
floral notes.
