Pasta with legumes is available in two different versions: spaghetti and fusilli made with 50% chickpea flour, which gives the pasta an intense and defined taste; and linguine and penne made with 40% red lentil flour that gives to the pasta a copper color and delicate taste. It is available in two different shapes: linguine and penne rigate.
