The "Granoro Dedicato" Egg Pasta is produced only with durum wheat semolina from the 100% Puglia supply chain - where the ears ripen naturally in the sun, without the use of chemicals - and fresh category A eggs from hens reared in land in Italy with vegetable feed. The processing process, attentive and accurate at every stage, gives the dough the typical roughness of that pulled by hand.
