When high flow rates must fit a small footprint, exchange surface is what counts. The Mod. PE131 pasteurizer-sterilizer and cooler is built on the shell-and-tubes system: each module consists of an outer pipe carrying the exchange water and an inner AISI 316L tube bundle in which the product flows. The larger surface ensures fast, even heating and cooling, with a low thermal delta and gentle treatment. Heating section, thermal resting in insulated horizontal modules and cooling section. For juices, purees and fruit preparations.
