A degree too much at the wrong moment costs colour and aroma. The Mod. PE130 pasteurizer-sterilizer and cooler uses multi tube-in-tube AISI 316L modules: the product flows in the inner pipe, the exchange water in the outer cavity. The product tubes carry wings acting as static mixers: turbulence, maximum exchange coefficient, minimum residence time. Modules are arranged in pre-heating and sterilizing stages fed by hot or superheated water circuits tuned to viscosity, temperature and flow rate. For jams, natural or concentrated juices and purees.
