HIGH QUALITY ITALIAN ROAST TURKEY BREAST MARTELLI SALUMI SPA

Produced exclusively with whole breast with skin (not single assembled or reconstituted slices) of Italian male turkey. We only select large turkey breasts that we bind individually to give the product its characteristic shape. After slow steam cooking, the turkey breast is roasted to enhance its aroma and obtain its characteristic golden brown colour. 
Ideal for a healthy balanced diet. Gluten-free. 
We do not add any ingredients to the brine, allowing a high percentage of syringing. In fact, it does not contain: starch, carrageenan, potato starch, polyphosphates, soya or milk products.
