Made in Italy with the bottom fermentation method, it is the bottom-fermented beer of Mastri Birrai Umbri, brewed according to the traditional recipe of Bavarian Keller Pils.
But its soul is entirely italian, beacause the ingrdients used to make it are all from Italian certified companies carefully selected by us.
A long maturation, typical of the style, gives to Cotta 40 a soft and dense foam and cool sensations of freshly baked bread and cut grass. A beer with an easy and spontaneous drinkability, because it is balanced and genuine: it's impossible to drink just one glass of it!
