PizzaMI’s gluten-free pizza base “Pinsa style” is a precooked frozen product, specifically formulated for celiacs and whoever loves healthy and natural-ingredients-based foods. It’s ALLERGEN-FREE, GLUTEN-FREE, LACTOSE-FREE, ZERO-GUMS and VEGAN. Pinsa is a special irregular crust higlhy recommended for Foodservice .Our special production process gives an artisanal aspect and taste to it. The dough is highly hydrated, naturally leavened (48 hours) and it's available also in the organic version. - For private label we customize recipe, packs, label and toppings -vegan toppings available too
