Pomo-soft are semi-dried tomatoes.
Unlike dried tomatoes, they are dried once through a process of rehydration and skilful spicing. Made from 100% Apulian long tomatoes, dried exclusively in the sun, cooked according to tradition.
They are distinguished by the fleshiness of the berry, reminiscent of fresh tomatoes, combined with the exaltation of the taste given by drying in the sun. Ideal on salads, sandwiches, as a side dish for meats or in combination with mozzarella and dairy products
