Our gluten-free mix for fresh pasta is designed for professionals, artisan workshops and the catering channel, ideal for the preparation of gluten-free, GMO-free and allergen-free fresh pasta like tagliatelle, tortelli and lasagna. MartinoRossi Mix is easy to use and in just a few steps you can obtain a smooth, well-malleable and elastic dough, just like traditional fresh pasta. In addition, the resulting dough has a moisture level that prevents it from drying out too quickly. This allows processing waste to be easily reused, thus reducing waste and optimizing costs.
