When frozen product arrives and cycle time matters, you need a machine that delivers high heating performance without compromising product quality. The JPB202 Preparator-Defreezer defrosts, preheats, mixes and cooks in a horizontal machine, in continuous or batch operation. Its internal rotating coil offers up to 5 times more heat-exchange surface and a thermal coefficient up to 10 times higher than double-jacket cookers, enabling faster, more uniform cycles without scrapers or high-wear components. Different coil geometries, steam or hot-water heating, and capacities from 400 to 5.200 litres
