The high quality cooked ham with truffles is hand made, out of the proficiency of Our pork butcher. It’s stuffed with the finest black truffles (at least 3%). The cooking is processed naturally in the dry air oven (not on mould), in order to enhance the smell and the flavour of the meat. It perfectly combines with the truffle, whose leaves are sprinkled outside and inside the ham slice
