The ham is totally hand made. It derives from the swines which are born, reared and slaughtered in Italy; and they belong to the Parma and San Daniele
P.D.O. districts. The ham is hand tied; the cooking is naturally processed in the dry air oven (not on mould), in order to enhance its full-bodied taste.
Through the knowhow and the tradition of the homemade delicatessen, hand tied by the rope, the scent and the flavour of this ham bring you back in time to the ancient butcheries… Where quality and taste represent the hallmarks of excellence.
