Cuor di Casa is a Dry Cured Artisanal Prosciutto only made with the best Italian meats, personal selected by our family, and handcrafted according to the craftsmanship tradition of the Parma Apennines.
The refinement of its aromas and its unique flavor is obtained with a long natural seasoning of at least 30 months inside Casa Graziano Basement on the hills of Tizzano Val Parma.
Inside Cuor di Casa you will find all the Knowledge, and above all the Heart, of a family of “ham makers” who for over forty years have been putting their Passion and Love into prosciutto processing.
