Frozen berries to clean and de-bunch, ripe whole fruit to destone, fruit stones to recover pulp from, purée of fruits and some vegetables to extract: four duties, one machine. The Mod. PR42/ADG is berries cleaning machine, destoning machine, stones cleaning machine and strainer. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with beaters' support shaft and a set of stainless steel beaters (or brushes) with manually adjustable slope and frequency changer for speed adjustment, to tune the action to every product. 2 side doors manually openable for inspection, cleaning and filter disassembly.
