The PX3 MAP is a fully automatic slicing and packaging system for sausage, ham, prosciutto, cheese and other deli products. Products are automatically sliced, portioned, deposited and packed in one compact process. Packaging under modified atmosphere (MAP) or vacuum helps preserve product quality and freshness. The PX3 MAP combines slicing and packaging in a single system for efficient and flexible production with reduced manual handling.
