Whole fruit pieces, texture to preserve, cooling times that affect quality and yield: here the difference lies in the way the product is handled. The Horizontal Aseptic Cooler Mod. YPB207 rapidly cools the batch under fully aseptic conditions, with no thermal shock to the product. The internal rotating coil and the external cooling jacket maximise heat exchange, while product transfer by pressure differential with sterile nitrogen keeps the pieces intact and avoids the use of pumps. Hygienic design and slanted-axis body for complete discharge and cleaning. Capacity from 550 to 2.100 litres
