Fast enzymatic inactivation, with no compromise on colour, viscosity and aroma. Mod. H54 quick heaters process fruit, vegetable and tomato pulps and purees in a single pass or with recirculation through the exchanger. One range for every need: steam-fed horizontal (FO) or vertical (FV) shell-and-tube, tubular "Brovatrice" (BR), Cold Break (CB) shell-and-tube or tube-in-tube, Hot Break (HB) with raised tank for complete inactivation and a vacuum version (RD) with condenser. Tailor-made, line-ready solutions backed by Boema service.
