Halal Salsiccia replicates the typical Calabrian Salsiccia, but the raw material used is halal-certified beef, which is minced, flavoured with Calabrian chillies, stuffed into casings and matured. It is available in different types, either in the Food service format for slicing, or in the more typical Girello shape for retail market. Our production line is certified by Halal Italia.
