Saltari are authentic artisanal shortbread with a rustic shape like homemade biscuits: the result of a unique and special love. Saltari biscuits are simple as their ingredients, 100% Italian WHEAT, SUGAR and EGGS, strictly tested to provide a quality product. The entire production process is fully traceable. The range is made of 3 products: “Biscotti della Mamma”, with fresh eggs from free-range hens, “Piogge di Cioccolato” with chocolate drops, “Piogge Integrali” with 100% whole wheat flour and source of fiber.
