Scialatielli are a typical fresh pasta of the Amalfi Coast. A very special long pasta, shorter and thicker than the traditional one. Scialatielli recipe is the original one: 100% Italian durum wheat, eggs, Pecorino, EVO oil and basil leaves. Ideal with a fish sauce, but they can be served easily with many seasoning!
Scialatielli are the perfect long pasta to surprise and propose a different and tasty dish. Ready in a few minutes in boiling water or directly in the pan!
