This is the first Solid Balsamic Vinegar, created with 100% of biological products and of high qualities.
Thanks to a particular process we managed in creating our Sphere of Balsamic Vinegar by using only biological products.
Our Sphere can be grated or sliced and it is perfect if you want to enrich your plates. It resists to high temperatures without melting and it maintain the acidity and the characteristics typical of a Balsamic Vinegar.
To create it we used Balsamic Vinegar aged in barrels for long time and each Sphere contains more or less 500gr of biological grape.
