Pectins, starches, cellulose, thickeners, sugars: the toughest powders go into solution in minutes. The Boema dissolving system is the heart of the Turbo Mixer range: the rotor at the tank bottom draws the mix into the dissolution chamber and forces it through a calibrated gap, breaking lumps and delivering a homogeneous solution. Two models available: TM, with squared tank, conical bottom and top-mounted dry-side drive, simple and flexible; TMC, cylindrical with bottom direct drive, stronger vortex, easier cleaning and higher performance on the most critical powders.
