Our Ùnica pasta is made from naturally gluten-free pulses and cereals. The incredible biodiversity of the Italian territory has inspired us to create many different colours, all based on refined Mediterranean ingredients. In addition to being gluten-free, it is rich in fibre and protein, low on the glycemic index and ready to be pan-fried in 4-5 minutes, without having to boil the water. Specifically, our sorghum, buckwheat and black bean gigli, with a texture similar to that of pizzocchero, are free of soya and other allergens, low in fat and lighter and more digestible.
