Batches to be held at temperature, product pieces to be preserved, filling lines running to their own rhythm: between process and packaging you need a buffer that leaves the product untouched. The Horizontal Mixer and Resting Tank Mod. JPB209 takes the batch downstream of the process and frees the cooking bowl for a new cycle. Its internal stirrer – paddle, single or double ribbon on request – runs at inverter-controlled speed and mixes without stressing pieces, while the honey-comb jacket holds the temperature. Slanting-axis body, integrated CIP washing. From 1.100 to 6.000 litres.
