For its PLUS+ line project, Farabella has developed innovative recipes giving a natural boost to its traditional gluten free Italian pasta shapes. The Farabella PLUS+ Spaghetti, made with brown rice and teff (an ancient cereal grown in Africa, naturally gluten free) are source of fibre, iron, potassium and high in magnesium. Farabella pasta is made with passion in Fara San Martino with selected raw materials, respecting the local pasta making tradition and the surrounding nature that provides pure air and natural spring water from the Maiella mountains, used in the recipes.
