Our Dubai Style Chocolate Truffle is a personal reimagining of the viral Dubai Chocolate trend. Previously off-limits to those following a gluten-free diet by choice or necessity, we have transformed Dubai Chocolate into a Chocolate Truffle, a traditional Piedmontese delicacy. By using a kadayif paste made from rice flour, this recipe is 100% gluten-free for the first time. To honor tradition, our pistachios and our premium chocolate complete the filling. Each Dubai Style Truffle is finished with a delicate dusting of cocoa and milk chocolate powder.
