Tortelli sulla Lastra is a typical delicacy of Upper Savio Valley, they consist of a soft filling enclosed between two thin layers of pastry.
They can be used for a main course, a snack or a tasty aperitif; Fumaiolo offers three different fillings options: spinach and ricotta, potatoes, potatoes and truffle.
Originally they were cooked on a "slab", a typical refractory stone used mainly by nomadic peoples, currently they can be grilled, baked or can be fried for a super tasty version.
