Before any thermal treatment the product must be properly crushed: yield and purée quality start right there. The Mod. PR47 hammer pulping machine prepares stone-free fruit and vegetables with a uniform grind and fits easily into an existing line or directly on top of a heater. Interchangeable internal filters — round holes for fruit, square holes for vegetables such as carrots or beetroot — let you switch from one recipe to the next in minutes. The cleanable-oriented design, fully openable body and two inspection doors keep cleaning fast.
