Colour, flavour and nutritional value are won or lost in the first seconds of processing. The "cold" turbo extractor Mod. PR411 performs cold extraction, preserving the organoleptic values of fruit and vegetables. Available with standard or high wear crusher, with the destoner kit for stone fruit and in the anaerobic version with feeding star valve, which limits air entry and product oxidation. Two paddle adjustments: radial, to change the distance from the filter, and tilt, for two advancing angles. Natively fully openable, with independent motorized opening: complete inspection and cleaning.
