With concentrates and purees you need maximum yield and a smooth texture. The Mod. PR410 turbo extractor-refiner performs hot extraction or refining of fruit and vegetables, single-stage (PR410-1) or double-stage (PR410-2). The body housing the paddle rotor and the filter basket has a quick-opening front door; rotor and motor are mounted on a sliding carriage, so every part can be inspected during cleaning and maintenance. A wide range of paddles, soft or hard, and of filters: paddles adjust in distance from the filter and in angle, tuning yield and fineness to each raw material.
