Skins, seeds and fibres penalise puree yield and fineness: the extraction unit makes the difference. The turbo strainer-refiner Mod. PR40 works as a strainer or as a refiner depending on the basket and the filter hole diameter, on juice and purees from vegetables and fruit previously destoned. The AISI 304 stainless steel paddles rotor, easily extracted for inspection, and the quick-opening front door make inspection and cleaning immediate. An inverter regulates the rotor speed, fine-tuning fineness and yield. Single body version PR40-1 or double body version PR40-2.
