Uovo Circolare is Italy’s first poultry circular economy project. Developed with the University of Pollenzo and supported by the PNRR NODES grant, it reduces soy use in feed by utilizing insect proteins raised on vegetable waste. Each pack recovers 330g of by-products, turning waste into a resource. This natural diet improves the hens' gut health and reduces stress. It is a virtuous system that cuts waste, protects the environment, and puts animal health at the heart of production.
