Valpizza suited the ancient recipe to modern times, proposing a new topped oval Focaccia Napoletana range. The high dough hydration and the special manufacturing process give as result a light and fragrant product, crunchy outside, but soft and very leavened inside. That represents the best Italian tradition: Made in Italy, with only 100% Italian tomato and flours from 100% Italian grains, natural long leavening, hand stretching, wood firing and stone baking. The range is GMO free.
