Our extensive experience of top quality pasta-making enables us to offer De Cecco Gluten-Free pasta: an exclusive and unique recipe which uses only naturally gluten-free grains - RICE, CORN, SORGHUM and TEFF for a flavour that is rich, varied and balanced with an intense aroma and a texture that strongly resembles that of classic pasta. The particular production process and bronze-drawn steamed dough guarantees a tasty pasta which is agreeably chewable and maintains its texture during cooking.
