The LA PREFERITA producers consortium was born in Corato on the edge of the Alta Murgia Park. The Coratina cultivar is the protagonist of this landscape, from which a high quality oil is obtained, with an intense fruity aroma, a typical spicy and slightly bitter taste, due to the high presence of polyphenols. The company produces D.O.P. EVO oil. Land of Bari, which guarantees the local origin and processing of the olives. From its own high quality fruit production, the production of jams was started, to preserve the flavors and aromas of sun-ripened fruit.
