Cooperative founded in 1914 processes, handicraft thanks to the ability of expert dairymen, the milk producing dop cheeses such as GORGONZOLA (sweet and spicy), PIEDMONT'S TOMA and TALEGGIO and other blue vained cheeses: VERDALPE ( soft blue cheese with goat milk) and TOMA BLEU. The new ripening cellars (opened in 2013), reproduce the typical ripenig conditions on fir wood in cool cellars , to create cheeses with a rich taste, as traditionally were.
