L’”Antico Pastificio Gaetano Faella” operates in Gragnano (“European Capital of Pasta production”) since 1907 from its site in Piazza Marconi (formerly S. Leone) N*13/14, where still today pasta production is carried out using the best 100% Italian durum wheat Semolina,slow mixing of the dough and the use of bronze die; pasta Faella is traditionally dried at low temperatures (max 48°C)which gives the final product the perfect consistency, fragrance and taste.In 2013 the first ever I.G.P. for pasta production was awarded by the European Union
