Strong aromas and flavours, sometimes delicate, capable of recalling the landscapes and the thousand cultures of our island. Sensations that you can only experience by tasting a Sardinian cheese. The same ones that Caseificio Picciau has been passionately recreating for its consumers since 1960.
For over 60 years, our cheese production has recalled the best of the territory, including genuine ingredients and age-old gestures. A production that focuses above all on Sardinian pecorino DOP, both fresh and matured, up to goat's cheese and other table cheeses and spreadable creams.
