Since 1890 in Ruffia, in the heart of the Cuneo Valleys between the Langhe and Monviso, the Caseificio Francesco Rabbia has been carrying out its activity in the dairy sector. Strongly linked to the territory and its raw materials, the artisanal production of raw milk cheeses is handed down from generation to generation, from father to son with the constant objective of quality and taste. The attention to detail gained in more than a century of experience gives life to our cheeses with a unique flavor and taste which are divided into several lines: Cow's milk , DOP, blue and goat's Cheeses.
